Repair charge
1. For human-induced failures, the company will take charge for repairs, including:
The inside of the product is taken apart or any part of it is replaced;
The barcode in the product is unclear and cannot be judged successfully;
Intrusion, fragmentation, damage or corrosion;
Goods that have passed the warranty period.
Second, meet the following conditions, you can request a replacement:
When the customer receives the goods, he unpacks and checks in front of the deliveryman and finds that the goods have quality problems.
The actual receipt of the goods is very different from what is described on the website.
Exchange process: The customer asks the delivery person to return the goods in person and then contact us. We will re-deliver you within one working day and the arrival time of the goods will be postponed.
Third, the following conditions can be met:
Within two days after the customer receives the goods,
Found that the product has obvious manufacturing defects
The goods have undergone a replacement but there are still quality problems
Due to human reasons, we have not received the goods more than three days after we promised to arrive.
Return process: The customer will contact us within two days after receiving the goods, and we will refund your payment by bank transfer within two working days.
We reserve the right to refuse the customer's return request in the following circumstances:
The goods were damaged, but did not require the delivery personnel to exchange the goods on the spot when receiving the goods.
Return and return requirements exceeding the return period
Incomplete or defective appearance
Customer shipping documents are missing or incomplete
The product is not provided by us
There is no quality problem of the goods themselves
